Make a new folder for Windia
Download Windia Patcher from here or the website
Place the exe file into your new folder

cd to your windia folder
(Make sure you cd to that folder. Otherwise you get weird errors.)
mono32 'Windia Patcher.exe'
- Check for updates
- Download files
Force quit terminal
cd to the folder containing Windia Patcher.exe
Try the above command again

Download xquartz mac software5. Configure wine (To enable the game overlays)
Make wine override the native DirectX 8 library
winecfg
6. Install the required wine plugins
(Make sure you cd to the folder containing the Windia files)

After that, Windia will probably fail to launch..

Ctrl + C in terminal to terminate the process
Open the windia folder
Open windia.ini using TextEdit
- Set width = 800
- Set height = 600
Save your changes
There's a weird bug which prevents it from launching on the default resolution of 720p.
You can try other standard resolutions and see if it works.
1440x900 works for me but your experience may vary.
